How long does my order take to ship?

Most orders ship out within 5–7 business days. Every piece is either made by hand or packed with care by mine—so it takes just a little longer than a warehouse.

**If you ever need something by a certain date, just shoot me an email at howdy@hotelappalachia.com and I’ll do my best to make it happen.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, I’m only shipping within the U.S. But I’m working on it, and if you’re outside the States and really feeling drawn to something, reach out. We might be able to work something out case by case.

What is your return policy? 

Each piece is made or selected with intention, and I want you to feel good about what you bring home. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please email me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.

Because everything is handmade or produced in small batches, I don’t offer general returns or exchanges at this time—but I do stand behind the work.
